Great opportunity in the highly desirable Lynnhurst neighborhood just a block off Lake Harriet. So much to like here! Main floor offers a pretty formal living room with gas burning fireplace, formal dining room, informal dining room and built-in seating booth, updated kitchen with newer appliances, remodeled bathroom, family room addition, two bedrooms and even a wood burning pizza oven. Upper level features two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space and an updated full bath. Lower level boasts a second family room, non-conforming fifth bedroom, 3/4 bath and a bonus storage room off the attached garage. There is plenty of space to add a two car garage if desired. Many other homes on the block have already done so.
